+ Do you offer logo design outside of a branding package?

Nope! I used to do this, but in my experience, it really doesn’t make sense and doesn’t serve my clients in the long run….or even the short run. I’m all about setting my clients up for success and their brand is so much more than a logo. I believe my client's work hard and deserve a full brand!

+ What are brand elements?

Brand elements look different from project to project, but they can be anything from symbols, to little illustrations, textures, patterns, or even photos! Have you seen the cloud image on my website? + How much are your services?

Every quote I send out is customized to my client’s needs, so there’s no flat answer for this. Branding is often in the $2,000-$4,000 range and Full Web Design is the same. I work with budgets of all kinds though, so don’t hesitate to reach out and see if there’s a unique way to work together!

+ How does payment work?

I require half of the total up front to secure the project, and the final half at the time of completion. In the event of a cancellation, fees total half of the deposit amount. I have a secure service that I invoice and accept payment though. All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.

+ Do you offer payment plans?

I do! If this is something you need or are interested in, let’s talk about it and determine a payment schedule together.

+ How long do projects normally take?

Every project is unique, but it’s safe to budget at least 4-8 weeks for most large projects.

+ Do you offer web services without branding?

Very limitedly. I’ve found that the best websites have strong brands. If a client wants their website to be unique, it's wise to invest in branding first; otherwise, it will feel generic. I do occasionally make exceptions to this depending on the need, so I ask potential client's to reach out and let me know exactly what they're looking for.

+ Why would I pay someone to design a Squarespace site?

Not all Squarespace sites are the same! Not only am I bringing my expertise and designer’s eye to the table, but whenever I complete a website for a client through Squarespace, I often have written hundreds of lines of customized code. This ain't yo momma’s Squarespace site.

+ Why Squarespace?

In my experience, this platform has served my clients better than any other. It is mobile responsive, allows me to customize and code, all while having an easy-to-use UI. I feel comfortable handing off a website that my client is able to use beyond me. From blogging to shops to email campaigns, Squarespace is always updating and adding features that make it easier to have an online presence.

+ Do you offer SEO services?

I do! While Squarespace is built with SEO in mind, there are extra steps that we can take to ensure the SEO is optimized and that search engines are displaying the site as it's meant to be seen. I build this service into the project quote for my web design clients, but I also offer it as a separate service, even if I didn’t design the client’s website.
